What's coming to the spring menu
Citrus is on its way out, stone fruit is coming in. Here's what we're testing.
Spring means the kitchen gets to play. Citrus is winding down and the first stone fruit is showing up at the market, so we’re testing a few new plates — a roasted apricot tartine, a grain bowl with charred spring onion, and something involving fava beans we’re not ready to talk about yet.
